If there is a buyer’s commission payable it will be communicated in the description of the item. If nothing is mentioned there will not be any commission payable.

All items are sold voetstoots – there is no guarantee on any item.
The items can be collected in Heidelberg – if the items are at a different location, it will be communicated in the description.
The items can be sent via Postnet, Courier to your door or Pudo. For each order the cost of this will be communicated with the order. We make use of Courier Guy. If you want to send your own courier to collect that is also fine.
With certain items there will be a packaging cost, but that will be confirmed with the buyer.
Once the courier has collected the parcel the risk is with the buyer. We go the extra mile to ensure that your items are packed securely but we cannot take responsibility for the way that the items are handled by the courier companies.
Invoices will be sent to the buyers within 72 hours after the close of the auction. Please wait for the invoice before any payments are made.
